Community Nursing Services
$128.05 / hr
Minimum cost = 2 hours support on weekday/daytime.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
$110.44 / hr
Nurse Continence Assessments
$148.13 / hr
Minimum cost = 5 hours support on weekday/daytime.
